2011 So Cal grocery strike?

The grocery companies are 1 of the only industries making money the last 4 years... People need to eat, even in a recession, plus, the grocery prices have consistantly been going up, so, why wouldn't I support a strike? Why can't the corp big wigs give their employees a decent health care package? The corp big wigs are all getting raises, bonuses, excellent health care and benefits... why can't they share that with their employees (on a MUCH smaller scale)?
