Is the css corp better company? Pls give me the complete profile.?

I'm an engineering graduate. I've been placed as help desk engineer in the css corp. Is it a better opportunity? I'm interested in developing domain. Will there be any chance to change my domain to developing after some time in the same company. Pls guide me. thx
