Is there a way to find out my neighbor's property line?

I live by a lake that is owned by the army corp of engineers. There is a strip of land I like to fish. However, I have to go by my neighbor's property to get to it. He won't let me go through, but I suspect the land is not his where I pass. Is their a way I can get a hold of a map that shows the property lines for a neighborhood and the army corp of engineers property lines around the lake?
