What s-corp tax requirements are there?

Hi, I am eleting to become a s-corp. I would like to know how I will be paying the taxes. I was told that I have to widthhold the taxes on a monthly bases or per quarter. Can someone tell me exactly what I need to do to comply with the tax laws. I own the business and for now I have no employees.
