What books do you recommend?

JS is also my favorite author. Authors that I find similar in style are some of his contemporaries, especially Ernest Hemingway (For Whom the Bell Tolls, A Farewell To Arms) and William Faulkner (The Sound and The Fury, Light In August, Absalom Absalom, As I Lay Dying). I also like the works by Toni Morrison (Beloved, Song of Solomon. Paradise).
