Starting business, should I go S-Corp, C-Corp or LLC?

Either the LLC or S-Corp, depending upon the state. The C-Corp would be my last choice (for tax purposes). But, I would get some face to face advice. Google the Small Business Development Center -- there are offices in most counties.
