Is anyone aware of a way to get the complete list of corporate tax exemptions?

I believe my business is showing too much profit and that I'm not deducting everything I'm allowed. I'm being hit with a significantly high tax bill and think it's incorrect. Anyone aware of a way to get the complete list of corp. tax exemptions and their thresholds (the maximum amount I can claim per category)?
