Well, as you know no one can write your essay for you but you can look at sparknotes and see what some main symbolism and reoccurring themes are throughout the story. If you do not find this interesting you could focus on how Lenny is treated as being a person with special needs and how he was treated unjustly because he was intellectually disabled. :) good luck!
